C-P was born in December 2021 when I realised that I desired more from my life. I was struggling with the aftermath of the global pandemic, being a new Mum, and knowing I had more to offer the world… I knew there was something important in me screaming to get out!

So, this is what I birthed - C-P Associates is my second child! …

C-P Associates* is a company with three pillars:

I am so passionate about these elements of a fabulous life and know that my methods will support you in your growth and development.

Through the amazing Sam Evans I discovered Silent Counselling which turned my life around and got me out of my post natal depression so quickly I didn’t know it had happened to start with!

Little did I know this was the start of incredible things for which I am so happy and grateful.

Using my skills gained in my Masters in Research and Consultancy as well as over 20 years in business and education, I knew I was well-placed to support women to super-charge their lives.

I have over 20 years experience in business management, set-up, systems, and more! There is nothing more satisfying to me than helping someone to get started on their pathway to success with their goals - whether they are business, career or well-being.

So far I have helped countless people develop, achieve goals and reframe thoughts or beliefs.
